WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF UNBUNDLED HAIR OR HAIR THAT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH(WASHED, UNCOILED. IF A BUNDLE IS APPARENT OF USE OF ANY KIND OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH WE WILL NOT REFUND ON ANY BASIS, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE DECISION BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED HAIR.

WE WILL USE OUR INDUSTRY EXPERTISE TO DETERMINE IF A REFUND IS GRANTED. THE REFUND SHALL BE PAID WITHIN THE SAME MANNER AS PAYMENT

WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF INITIAL RECEIPT VIA USPS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES. ALL RETURNS WILL BE MADE MINUS THE EFFECTIVE COST AND WILL BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT
